Kontab Advisory provides strategic executive financial management through Integrated Financial Infrastructure™. Accounting, controller oversight, financial planning, treasury management, tax preparation, reporting, and operations are managed as interdependent responsibilities within one engagement—not as standalone services.
The engagement progresses through three stages:
Financial Infrastructure Diagnostic
Evaluates the current financial environment against verified requirements to establish findings and recommendations.
Financial Infrastructure Alignment
Implements structural improvements, integrates financial responsibilities, and establishes the operating environment for ongoing management.
Financial Infrastructure Oversight
Sustains infrastructure alignment, reporting reliability, oversight, and operational continuity as requirements evolve.
SCOPE & INVESTMENT
Requirements-Based Engagement
Engagement scope and investment are determined by verified organizational requirements, existing infrastructure, operational responsibilities, and required executive involvement.
Starting Investment
Engagements start at $5,000 per month.
Structure
Engagements do not use hourly billing, predetermined service packages, or fractional time allocations.
Basis
Scope follows objective evaluation rather than assumed service needs.

Executive Involvement & Remote Delivery
Delivery Model
Kontab Advisory operates remotely, combining executive access, structured communication, and workflow automation. Leadership meets with Kontab Advisory at least weekly to review strategy, financial performance, priorities, and operational matters.
Accountability
Financial responsibilities, reporting expectations, workflows, and oversight practices are established based on verified organizational requirements.
Capacity Management
Engagements are structured around the professional capacity required to maintain service execution and continuity.
Technology Integration
Workflow automation supports coordination, while executive judgment and accountability guide delivery.

Scope and Governance
Environment Integration
Kontab Advisory operates within the organization's existing environment, coordinating with leadership, internal personnel, and external professionals. Requirements determine whether existing responsibilities, systems, and workflows are preserved, modified, or aligned.
Diagnostic Basis
Process, control, system, and responsibility adjustments are guided by verified requirements and documented findings.
Tax Preparation
Tax preparation is an integrated component of an ongoing engagement, not a standalone service. When specialized tax expertise is required, Kontab Advisory coordinates directly with the client's designated CPA and provides supporting schedules.
Audit Readiness
Kontab Advisory maintains the financial records, reconciliations, controls, documentation, and schedules required for audit readiness while coordinating with external auditors. Kontab Advisory does not perform independent financial statement audits.
Confidentiality
Organizational information, financial records, correspondence, and engagement details are maintained with professional confidentiality.
